STRIDE SWEAT SOAR
STRIDE is high intensity incline training program that is safe and effective for all levels of fitness. Our mindful approach allows you to relax and concentrate on your breath and body awareness while working up a serious sweat.
Our goal is that you feel better when you walk out than when you walk in. Stronger mind, body, soul, connected. Calm and Invigorated and ready to take on the world.

What We Do
Our classes help master proper breathing to achieve superior cardiovascular strength and mental clarity.
We use music to represent a path, set a natural cadence and to get you through warm up, target and cool down.
We use chromotherapy to induce positive emotional and mental states to increase endurance.
Our classes allow the body to relax and rediscover its natural alignment through movement.
